I call it The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 fan art because it involves the actors as the characters - which most tend to do now-a-days - and because, given the timing of the scene in question, it will probably be seen on-screen inBreaking Dawn - Part 2. In book terms, it's just Breaking Dawn fan art.
Anyway, this piece deals with the very last scene in Breaking Dawn's epilogue - when "Bella" drops her shield to allow "Edward," who's been tormented for so many years by his inability to know her (and only her) thoughts. By doing so, he comes to understand and believe her sincere love and passion for him, and the scene thusly lends itself to the notion that there will be a happily ever after for the two.
