After a weeks-long promotional tour for Cosmopolis, the team takes a break but will be back for promotion of the film in the US.Entertainment One Films US has set a date for David Cronenberg’s “Cosmopolis.” On August 17th, the film will open in New York and Los Angeles, expanding into additional markets soon after.

okay, i am SO upset! i don't know where to direct this, but--what in this world happened to the promotional backing and distribution for the movie, bel ami? it's as if this project was a whim for the producers & directors and they don't care to look out for their baby that's all grown up now, it's just out the door without a backward glance apparently! if the film had been their actual child, the CPS would have been called in and have removed it from them and at least then it would have had a chance...
as it is, it looks as if the only way we here in midland, texas can see this film anytime soon on the big screen is to drive to scottsdale, arizona--for pete's sake!
hollywood theaters needn't have looked any further than their ticket sales for anything rob pattinson is in and realized they'd easily make money on it and brought it to town...i am so put out.
if we could just know WHO is responsible for this, at least a write-in campaign could have happened; does rob even know what's happened? has any reviewer ever asked rob about this?
